At Aadhyaah, every product goes through thorough quality checks before dispatch. We strive to ensure that you receive a great quality product every time you shop with us.

♻️ Replacement & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our policy is designed to protect you in case of genuine issues, while keeping shopping simple and transparent.
✅ When returns are accepted ?
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product is defective, OR
- An incorrect product was delivered and the correct item is unavailable for replacement.
👉 In these cases, you will receive a full refund once the returned product reaches our warehouse OR within 3 business days after pickup, whichever is earlier.
👉 If an incorrect product was delivered, all return shipping costs will be borne by us since it is our responsibility.
🔄 Replacements
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product and the correct item is available, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- If the replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund or issue a gift card based on your preference.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- You must provide a clear unpacking video or photos of the issue.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Sizing issues are not eligible for replacement or return. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
📬 To request a return or replacement:
Email us at hello@aadhyaah.com with your order number, issue details, and photos/videos. We will respond within 24 hours.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Your order is cancelled before dispatch.
- A product is defective and cannot be replaced.
- An incorrect product was delivered, and the correct one is unavailable.
Refunds will be issued to:
- Your original payment method, or
- A gift card, as per your choice.
⏳ Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after processing.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation only before the order is dispatched.
- Partial cancellations (removing individual items) are not allowed. An order can only be cancelled in full.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

🚫 No General Returns
We do not accept returns once a product is delivered, except for defective items or incorrect products as outlined above.
