Shipping policy
At Aadhyaah, we’re committed to delivering your order in a timely and safe manner. Please read the details below regarding our shipping process:
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Timelines:
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or festive seasons.
- Once the order is delivered to the shipping address, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹40 is applicable for orders below ₹499.
Damaged or Missing Items:
- All orders are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.
- In the rare case you receive a damaged item or something is missing, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at hello@aadhyaah.com, along with an unpacking video or photos.
Cancellation & Refused Deliveries:
At Aadhyaah, we work closely with our courier partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders.
- If the customer is not contactable during the first attempt, the courier will make re-attempts before marking the order as undelivered.
- If an order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery, a cancellation fee of ₹40 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping charges.
- This fee will not apply if the non-delivery is due to a courier-related issue (such as the courier failing to contact the customer or not attempting delivery).
